💼 About This Role
You'll lead agent recruitment for Compass's Real Estate platform, driving net-new revenue by convincing top-producing agents to switch brokerages. You'll directly influence decision-makers in a high-touch, consultative sales process. This role offers significant earning potential through a base salary plus bonus and equity.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Bring top-producing agents to Compass by selling the value proposition
- Manage a quota based on Gross Commission Income (GCI)
- Build relationships and drive revenue through in-person interactions
- Lead client meetings and presentations effectively
📋 Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a glass-half-full mentality
- Self-starter attitude with ability to solve problems without supervision
- Excellent communication skills for client meetings and presentations
