You'll own the full HR function globally, partnering with founders and senior leaders to build and scale people systems in a fast-growing tech company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end HR function globally.
• Lead critical hiring across technical and corporate roles.
• Partner with founders on org design and workforce planning.
• Build performance management and development frameworks.

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end HR experience in a fast-growing international org.
• Multi-country HR management including remote and EOR structures.
• Talent acquisition and performance management expertise.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate at strategic and execution levels.
