You'll lead Slate CRM implementation projects for higher education clients, providing functional consulting and technical support. Your work will directly improve admissions, retention, and advancement processes through data-driven system optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Slate CRM implementation services and general consulting
• Analyze business practices and recommend technology improvements
• Administer security roles, build workflows, rules, reports, and dashboards
• Develop and manage integrations with third-party admissions applications

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years working in the Higher Education Industry
• 5+ years of experience with Slate CRM and advanced user proficiency
• Experience building integrations with Common App, Royall/EAB, Liaison/UNICAS
• Ability to travel over 25%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ellucian CRM Advance or Recruit
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Element 451, or Salesforce
• Graduate Admissions/Enrollment experience
