🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategic operations programs aligned with long-term vision
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the OPM team
• Partner with senior leadership to define program priorities and goals
• Manage program budgets and coordinate personnel allocation

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations management with 5+ years leading teams
• Experience managing programs in manufacturing or supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in program management software and Microsoft Office Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PFEP (Plan for Every Part) process
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
