💼 About This Role

You'll own the month-end close and deliver board-ready reporting for a fast-growing PropTech SaaS company. You'll strengthen financial controls and automation to support rapid, sustainable scaling. This role reports directly to the FD and includes leading a small finance team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-quality, efficient month-end close
• Deliver board-ready reporting with robust reconciliations
• Strengthen financial controls and automation
• Lead audit, year-end accounts, VAT, payroll, and tax compliance
• Partner cross-functionally to translate financial performance into commercial insight

📋 Requirements

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with strong post-qualified experience
• Proven experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager in a high-growth environment
• Strong SaaS/software revenue recognition experience
• Systems-first mindset with ability to improve processes and leverage automation
