💼 About This Role

You'll join Monks' APAC Hub team remotely in Kuala Lumpur, creating visual concepts and campaign strategies for AUNZ and wider APAC markets. You'll shape visual territories, lead campaign thinking, and guide designers while integrating AI-powered creative tools into contemporary workflows. This role bridges design craft and creative leadership, offering exposure to advanced technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop visual concepts and creative territories for integrated campaigns.
• Create mood boards, mock-ups, and visual explorations.
• Guide and mentor designers across projects.
• Oversee craft execution across digital, social, and branding outputs.

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in design, campaigns, branding, and digital creative environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and art direction.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
• Understanding of digital platforms, integrated campaigns, and social-first storytelling.

• Experience working across APAC markets.

• Motion or film production knowledge.
