🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a scalable, React-based component-driven design system
• Ensure design system is consumable by AI tools like Claude Code
• Educate engineering team on leveraging the design system
• Establish new scalable design process for fast pace

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years designing complex digital products with shipped portfolio
• Strong grasp of UX principles and React frontend skills
• Proficiency in Figma and interaction design for dense workflows
• Cross-functional partnership with engineering and product teams
