Description

You will oversee the full contract lifecycle for Anduril's government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance. This role involves proposal support, negotiation, compliance, and close-out, working closely with legal, proposal, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, government, or related field
• Experience with full lifecycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, T&M government and commercial contracts
• Strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• U.S. Person status and ability to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Execute contract management throughout contract lifecycle
• Oversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
• Negotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies and contractors
• Provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies
