Requirements
- 8+ years senior CS, account management, or strategic consulting role
- 3+ years people management or leadership experience
- Strong leadership presence across all communication channels
- Data-driven, bias for action, thrive in fast-paced environment
- Experience in structured value delivery to achieve business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing success and value realization for Enterprise Customers
- Define and execute long-term strategies for the Enterprise CS team
- Create goals, action plans, playbooks, and key metrics for account success
- Deliver results across team KPIs and org level OKRs
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high performing team
