Requirements

  • 8+ years senior CS, account management, or strategic consulting role
  • 3+ years people management or leadership experience
  • Strong leadership presence across all communication channels
  • Data-driven, bias for action, thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in structured value delivery to achieve business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Ensure ongoing success and value realization for Enterprise Customers
  • Define and execute long-term strategies for the Enterprise CS team
  • Create goals, action plans, playbooks, and key metrics for account success
  • Deliver results across team KPIs and org level OKRs
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high performing team
