• Lead and grow a team of engineers for AI infrastructure services
• Set technical direction for AI post-training, inference, and data pipelines
• Drive performance optimization across GPU/xPU accelerators and cloud environments
• Own reliability, scalability, and observability for AI workloads

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams building GenAI infrastructure or distributed systems
• Strong background in cloud computing and large-scale distributed systems
• Deep understanding of scaling challenges for AI workloads including GPU/xPU accelerators
• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages with ability to guide design
