Description

You'll join a growing team hand-laying **composite materials** and performing **vacuum bagging** for aerospace and defense components. Your work directly impacts production of complex parts and tooling. This role offers **ownership in the company** through Re:Build's shared success model.

Requirements

• **3 plus years** of experience with composite materials (Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass)
• Prior experience in a **fast-paced manufacturing environment**
• Ability to read and interpret **work instructions (SOPs)**
• Measurement competencies using **Calipers, Micrometers, Tape measure**

Responsibilities

• Hand lay-up of composite materials (Wet Prepreg)
• Perform vacuum bagging processes and procedures
• Apply and understand resin systems (Epoxy, Polyester, etc.)
• Perform hand-finishing operations on patterns and molds
