💼 About This Role

You'll plan and execute trade shows and corporate events for a cybersecurity leader. You'll own logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site operations. This role offers direct collaboration with Sales, Branding, and the CEO to maximize event impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and recommend relevant industry trade shows
• Negotiate contracts with organizers, venues, and vendors
• Manage event budgets and logistics
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for staff
• Run on-site event operations and post-event reporting

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years managing small to large trade shows
• Experience negotiating event contracts
• Proven success in planning multiple in-person events
• Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
• Experience with brand marketing campaigns
