You'll lead a team of 50+ to generate high-quality robot data for training foundation models. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate a team of 50+ to generate high-quality robot data
• Determine robot fleet activities to maximize company objectives
• Define data quality criteria with the research team
• Train and evaluate robot models to understand data-model interplay

📋 Requirements

• 1-5+ years in a product, engineering, or technical operations lead role
• Proven track record implementing KPIs on cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with complicated software and hardware systems in physical environments
• Ability to translate abstract technical concepts into operational changes

• Experience building tooling software with AI tools
