Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar support role
- Working experience with Unix/Linux and Bash
- Working experience with Kubernetes containerized solutions
- Working experience with code hosts: GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket
- Strong understanding of databases, especially SQL
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and solve reported issues with customer support
- Contribute to product and handbook documentation
- Observe trends causing issues and suggest remedies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve difficult problems
- Educate customers on product usage and best practices
