You will provide telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. This role offers flexibility, steady caseloads, and operational support so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

• Independent or associate licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Experience with teens and young adults
• Passionate and skilled in group services
• Evening availability required
• Committed to self-care and addressing mental health crisis

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults
• Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Participate in case discussions and collaboration
• Manage caseloads with up to 8 clients per group
• Maintain predictable weekly schedules
