  • Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts focusing on retention and growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks across accounts.
  • Serve as escalation point for critical customer issues.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success or related client-facing roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with significant contract values.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools.
