Description

You will lead end-to-end surveillance of a portfolio of commercial mortgage-backed securities, performing detailed cash flow analysis and credit risk assessments to develop and present credit opinions for publication.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or CRE
• 0-2 years business experience, preferably in financial services
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end surveillance of assigned CMBS portfolio
• Develop detailed cash flow analysis for CRE properties
• Assess credit risk and present credit opinions to committees
• Prepare detailed transaction reports for publication
• Support group operations and manage information flow during reviews
