🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and deliver quality strategy for a product
• Train and mentor a quality team of SDETs and analysts
• Work with technical directors and program managers on quality strategy
• Manage product test schedules, dependencies, and resources

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on testing experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Pytest, Selenium, Playwright, or Appium
