💼 About This Role

You'll join a sales team focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business, with responsibilities spanning applications engineering, sales support, and field service. You'll undergo extensive formalized training and work under a mentor to develop skills and gain an understanding of CaptiveAire products and go-to-market strategies. This role offers a unique blend of engineering and sales in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
• Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
• Handle inside sales support, application engineering, and outside sales.
• Educate and promote products through presentations, quotes, and product demos.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree (BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field).
• 0-5 years of experience in a technical or sales role.
• Willingness to travel within the Albuquerque/Santa Fe territory.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
