💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute portfolio of security programs at a leading digital asset market maker. You'll build roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Infrastructure, Trading, and Compliance to reduce risk while enabling business velocity. This role lets you translate security strategy into measurable outcomes in a high-availability trading environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own security program portfolio: planning, resourcing, milestones, dependencies.
• Create multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with trading and liquidity services.
• Establish governance cadence: steering meetings, status reports, executive updates.
• Drive security initiatives like access governance, secrets management, and SDLC enablement.
• Partner with Security Operations to improve incident preparedness through playbooks and tabletop exercises.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in security program management or equivalent.
• Experience running cross-functional programs across engineering and operations.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud/infra, identity/access, and incident processes.
• Excellent written/verbal communication translating complex risk into priorities.

• Experience in fintech, trading, payments, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
• Relevant certifications like CISM, CISSP, CISA, or PMP.
