You'll provide technical support for Veeam Backup and Replication to customers, troubleshooting complex issues across virtualization platforms. You'll act as a trusted focal point, owning cases from start to resolution. This role offers direct impact on customer satisfaction and collaboration with global teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and analyze issues including log file investigation
• Act as technical focal point for fellow IT Professionals
• Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM
• Own customer issues from onset through resolution

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English
• Advanced user/administrative level with Windows Server 2016-2025
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP and networking configuration
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical information

✨ Nice to Have

• UNIX/Linux knowledge
• VMware ESX(i) or Microsoft Hyper-V experience
• Database engine administration (SQL/Oracle)
