🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and deliver sales targets for the territory

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience in FinTech, Microfinance, Telecom, or FMCG
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Experience leading and motivating a field-based team
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
