Description

You'll serve as the core technical and administrative backbone for the Strategic Procurement team, executing essential Source-to-Contract (S2C) tasks within Workday Sourcing and Icertis CLM. You'll ensure processes run smoothly with high data integrity, enabling Category Managers to launch sourcing events efficiently and compliantly.

Requirements

• Experience with Source-to-Contract processes and tools (Workday Sourcing, Icertis CLM)
• Strong data integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage administrative support for Category Managers
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating templates
• Effective communication and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Populate WSS and CLM tools with initial base data for procurement activities
• Create new Projects and preliminary RFx Events in WSS for tenders and renegotiations
• Upload standard RFP documents, questionnaires, and pricing sheets based on templates
• Initiate NDA process via Icertis CLM for invited suppliers prior to tender launch
• Monitor "Intend to Bid" responses, follow up with non-responders, and maintain tender milestones
