🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior HCBP and Finance leaders on HR initiatives.
• Support talent planning and succession planning for Finance.
• Contribute to organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Address employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers.

📋 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of HR generalist experience in financial services.
• Strong client and commercial focus with outstanding judgement.
• Proven project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Finance teams.
• HRIS experience, preferably Workday.
• Ability to analyze data for management presentations.
