💼 About This Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll join a mission-driven team providing skills training and supported living services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll empower individuals to lead more independent lives through advocacy, innovation, and unwavering commitment. This role offers two tracks—Personal Attendant or Skills Instructor—with full-time and part-time options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered supervision and support in home and community settings.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Teach independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and household management.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes in compliance with agency standards.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance.

• Experience with de-escalation techniques.
• Knowledge of DDS and Regional Center standards.
