You'll act as a key technical bridge between customers and engineering teams, resolving complex integration and product issues for a usage-based billing platform. You'll troubleshoot escalations, analyze system behavior, and improve product usability with strong exposure to API-driven systems.

- Provide hands-on support for customers integrating and using APIs.
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues using observability tools.
- Manage escalations through ticketing systems with engineering teams.
- Develop internal tools and automations to improve support workflows.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical support or B2B SaaS customer-facing role.
- Debugging skills in complex software environments.
- SQL knowledge and ability to write scripts using APIs.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Front.
