Description

You will lead regulatory risk assessments and build scalable compliance frameworks at Roblox, working with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and regulatory alignment in a dynamic, global environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years in governance, risk, and compliance in global tech
• 3+ years in highly regulated domain (online safety, privacy, etc.)
• Experience with regulatory risk assessments (UK Online Safety Act, DSA, GDPR)
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks for digital platforms
• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory risk assessments
• Develop risk assessment frameworks, methodologies, and scoring models
• Translate regulatory requirements into control expectations and mitigation roadmaps
• Present key risk themes and mitigation progress to enterprise governance forums
• Refine risk assessment tooling and workflows for scalability
