Description
You'll drive expansion revenue within existing enterprise accounts by identifying new opportunities, building strategic account plans, and closing deals across complex organizations. You'll partner with Customer Success and leadership to align growth strategies with renewal cycles at top global brands.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in enterprise
- Proven success driving expansion revenue (upsell/cross-sell) in existing accounts
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals and building relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- AI-forward workflow using AI tools for prospecting and personalization
Responsibilities
- Own full expansion cycle: pipeline creation, closing, and expanding accounts
- Proactively source new opportunities across business units and geographies
- Build strategic account plans using org mapping and whitespace analysis
- Multithread across marketing, design, product, and executive stakeholders
- Maintain pipeline discipline and deliver accurate forecasts
