You'll lead the planning and delivery of internal digital and systems initiatives that support the agency's operations and scalability. You'll bridge business needs with technical execution, coordinating across teams to deliver clear plans and risk management. This role sits within the Enterprise Operations team, ideal for someone with agency experience who can manage fast-moving priorities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end coordination of internal technical projects including scoping and timelines
• Bridge leadership and technical teams, translating business priorities into execution plans
• Partner with Tech Ops to support delivery of internal platforms and tools
• Manage resource planning and capacity coordination across disciplines

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical project management or digital operations in an agency or cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to manage technical projects from kickoff through delivery with scoping, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience with resource planning and capacity management across multiple teams and priorities
• Working knowledge of SDLC including Agile, Waterfall, and AI-enabled workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GCP, Firebase, CRM, ERP, and integrated marketing platforms
• Experience with website development, CMS platforms, and custom applications
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR, SOC2, and CCPA
