🎯 What You'll Do

• Support active recruiting projects for major AI/RLHF clients
• Manage multi-channel communications across Slack, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
• Plan, promote, host, and follow up on community events like AMAs and Happy Hours
• Maintain documentation, FAQs, and shared resources with strong attention to detail

📋 Requirements

• Critical thinking — anticipate problems and ask clarifying questions
• Excellent written communication in English for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Comfortable with rapid context switching across multiple workstreams
