You'll review and negotiate mortgage applications for a challenger bank serving 800,000+ Canadians. You'll ensure efficient file closing while maintaining broker relationships and underwriting quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review mortgage applications and supporting documents for approval or decline
• Negotiate loan terms with mortgage brokers
• Follow up on outstanding conditions to ensure timely file closing
• Provide underwriting expertise and maintain broker relationships

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of mortgage experience in the alternative market
• Post-secondary degree preferably in finance or related field
• Knowledge of AML/ATF practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)

• Experience with fraud risk in mortgage industry
• Bilingual (English/French)
