You'll oversee daily operations of the Machine Department, including manual, CNC, and grinding processes, in a climate-controlled facility. You'll lead your team to meet customer goals by ensuring safe and efficient execution of scheduled work, maintaining quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work for a global leader in aerospace MRO, now part of Safran Aircraft Engines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee safety and well-being of the team.
• Monitor work to ensure adherence to work scope and quality.
• Collaborate with trainers to improve employee development.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure orders are completed on time.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years machinist experience including manual or CNC lathe/milling/grinding.
• Knowledge of GD&T and reading shop drawings.
