💼 About This Role

You'll lead Korea compliance for a leading algorithmic trading firm, reporting to the Head of APAC Compliance. Your core impact will be ensuring HRT's trading activities comply with Korean regulatory requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide compliance advice on Korean regulatory requirements
• Act as liaison to Korean regulators like FSS and KRX
• Review new business initiatives for compliance
• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or related field
• 15+ years of direct experience in Korea regulatory matters
• Extensive knowledge of Korean market structure
• Speaks Korean as a first language and English fluently

• Familiarity with algorithmic proprietary trading strategies
• Experience with trade surveillance systems
