📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• 3+ years of hands-on employee relations with investigations
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws

• Experience leading HR projects or initiatives
• Compensation and job architecture experience
• Experience with Oracle HCM
