You'll oversee the financial close and reporting process for a leading consumer finance marketplace, ensuring timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements. You'll lead the preparation of management reports and work with external auditors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee financial close and reporting process.
• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
• Evaluate and enhance accounting operations and controls.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
• Minimum 7 years of combined public and private accounting.
• Hands-on experience across major accounting processes (A/P, A/R, Payroll, etc.).
• Experience with external audits and preparation of PBCs.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CA certification.
• Experience with Xero, ADP, Workday.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll.
