🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate logistics for roadshows including travel and accommodations
• Manage heavy calendar and meeting scheduling for investors and clients
• Reconcile roadshow expenses and negotiate vendor contracts
• Provide real-time support for participants during events

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of Deal Roadshow experience in the Financial industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines

• Experience training teams in roadshow planning and execution
• Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms like Zoom
