You'll be a vital member of our Global Customer Support organization, serving as a trusted product expert and primary point of contact for complex technical cases. You'll diagnose issues and guide best practices to ensure a great customer experience.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own customer inquiries end-to-end, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Become a trusted product expert on dashboard, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Drive product adoption by enabling customers to effectively use the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years of experience supporting technical products, ideally in SaaS.
- Proficiency with case management tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and/or SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Postman, Snowflake, or Kibana.
- Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile Technology, APIs, or Marketing Automation.
