You'll be a vital member of our Global Customer Support organization, serving as a trusted product expert and primary point of contact for complex technical cases. You'll diagnose issues and guide best practices to ensure a great customer experience.

  • Own customer inquiries end-to-end, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Become a trusted product expert on dashboard, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive product adoption by enabling customers to effectively use the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“3 years of experience supporting technical products, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proficiency with case management tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and/or SQL.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Postman, Snowflake, or Kibana.
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile Technology, APIs, or Marketing Automation.
