💼 About This Role

You'll own the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of production systems at BRINC. You'll build secure cloud infrastructure and automation for worldwide real-time services. This role collaborates across teams to support live drone data streaming for public safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own platform reliability, uptime, and on-call practices for worldwide real-time services
• Build and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment systems
• Write automation and internal tooling to improve developer velocity and reduce toil
• Implement observability, alerting, and incident response/postmortems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years operating production systems and building infrastructure
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; comfortable writing production-quality code (Python/Node/Javascript)
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud patterns
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and safe release processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time edge devices (drones, robotics, autonomous vehicles)
• AWS infrastructure familiarity (networking, IAM, core services)
• Familiarity with containers and service orchestration
