🎯 What You'll Do

• Support recruitment processes and coordinate interviews
• Conduct new hire onboarding sessions and orientation programs
• Serve as primary contact for HMO administration and employee queries
• Manage and administer HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HRIS tools (BambooHR, Lever, LinkedIn Sourcing)
• Experience in a multinational environment
