You'll manage a customer ledger segment and resolve overdue accounts for a global NaaS leader. Your core impact will be improving collections processes while building strong stakeholder relationships. This hybrid role offers flexible working and a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries with internal teams and customers.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across receivables.
• Assist with daily operations such as bank receipting and bill runs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience resolving issues and maintaining accurate records
• Comfortable working across time zones with global teams

✨ Nice to Have

• ERP experience, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in a multi-currency environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
