You'll join a Web Operations team supporting an automotive client, uncovering customer insights to shape data-informed digital experiences. You'll balance strategic research with operational support, driving evidence-based recommendations.   • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the web ecosystem.
  • Analyze customer pain points and friction areas in automotive journeys.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to combine behavioral data with insights.
  • Develop journey maps, personas, and insight reports to support strategy.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in CX, UX, or Service Design Research.
  • Proven experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and user behavior.
  • Experience working across complex web ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with CRO and experimentation initiatives.
