You'll join a Web Operations team supporting an automotive client, uncovering customer insights to shape data-informed digital experiences. You'll balance strategic research with operational support, driving evidence-based recommendations. This role offers the opportunity to work across a complex web ecosystem with a high-profile client.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the web ecosystem.
- Analyze customer pain points and friction areas in automotive journeys.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to combine behavioral data with insights.
- Develop journey maps, personas, and insight reports to support strategy.
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in CX, UX, or Service Design Research.
- Proven experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and user behavior.
- Experience working across complex web ecosystems.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with CRO and experimentation initiatives.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms like heatmaps and session recordings.
