Requirements

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years in manufacturing process development, preferably high-reliability industry
• Expertise in creating detailed work instructions and process documentation
• Experience optimizing manual assembly and using lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing execution systems

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manual assembly processes for high-volume, low-mix production
• Develop comprehensive work instructions with visual aids
• Engineer and optimize dispensing operations for adhesives and sealants
• Provide lineside production support and resolve process deviations
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
