You'll partner with Product and Data teams to clean, organize, and analyze large volumes of data, developing innovative models and visualizations that address clients' questions about the future of work. You'll contribute to projects under senior guidance, making informed business and technology trade-off recommendations. This role offers exposure to large-scale labor market data and state-of-the-art solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Query, organize, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python
• Build scalable statistical and machine learning solutions on data infrastructure
• Work cross-functionally to define problems and make recommendations
• Communicate key insights to internal and external stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, etc.)
• 2 years of relevant industry or research experience applying analytical methods
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, NLP/LLMs, and large datasets
