You'll build world-class data products that underpin machine learning for clinical research. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll transform complex clinical data into high-quality datasets tailored for modeling. You'll also work in forward-deployed settings, partnering directly with clients to tailor solutions to real-world study designs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Transform clinical trial, observational, and EHR data into structured datasets.
• Analyze longitudinal clinical datasets to understand outcome measures and biomarkers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain robust data products.
• Communicate technical findings to internal partners and external collaborators.

📋 Requirements

• BS or advanced degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience wrangling data from disparate sources and harmonizing datasets.
• Fluency in Python and essential data science tools (numpy, pandas).
• Experience working with clinical datasets in applied machine learning.

• Prior experience in forward-deployed, client-facing settings.
