Description

You will manage the delivery of new hardware devices from prototyping through mass production, partnering with engineering teams, product management, and supply chain. You'll coordinate with JDM partners to ensure timely, high-quality product launches and report program status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in hardware engineering program management
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization
• Adaptive attitude for a rapidly-evolving industry
• Proven record driving cross-functional teams toward shared goals
• BS or MS in engineering field (EE, ME, CS preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware schedule and execute engineering builds (EVT, DVT, PVT)
• Ensure cross-functional coordination between Software, Hardware, Product Management, and Operations
• Manage JDM partners and key suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality devices
• Address issues during device builds and keep program on track
• Provide regular reporting of program status and issues to System EPM in the US
