Description

You will oversee maintenance operations, including budget monitoring, vendor coordination, and work order completion. Perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance across the facility, from HVAC to plumbing and electrical systems. This role ensures a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred
• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and 6-7 years maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and compliance monitoring
• Order, stock, and monitor supplies through vendors
• Perform general upkeep and repair of kitchen appliances and fixtures
• Inspect and service HVAC equipment; maintain building temperature
• Inspect fire alarms and sprinklers for code compliance
