💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a coach and mentor for up-and-coming BCBAs at a MeBe Learning Center, sharing your expertise while maintaining your own client caseload. Your role is to review clinical programming, fine-tune assessment documentation, and support newer BCBAs in growing their confidence and skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs
• Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload
• Provide clinical consultation to less experienced BCBAs
• Oversee clinical processes at the site

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with BACB
• External: minimum 3 years post-certification as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
• Internal: minimum 1 year post-certification as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
• Pass a Background Criminal Investigation
