You'll own contractor engagement for a climate tech company's rebate programs, enabling contractors to maximize participation and drive project volume. You'll train and enable partners through group and one-on-one sessions, balancing sales enablement with relationship management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own contractor engagement and build deep relationships
- Train contractors on program requirements and Sealed's software
- Monitor and manage contractor performance metrics
- Problem-solve bottlenecks and compliance issues
๐ Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program operations
- Experience with construction professionals or home services businesses
- Experience training others in group and one-on-one settings
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

- Background in HVAC, weatherization, electrical or plumbing
- Experience working toward quotas and targets
