You'll own contractor engagement for a climate tech company's rebate programs, enabling contractors to maximize participation and drive project volume. You'll train and enable partners through group and one-on-one sessions, balancing sales enablement with relationship management.

  • Own contractor engagement and build deep relationships
  • Train contractors on program requirements and Sealed's software
  • Monitor and manage contractor performance metrics
  • Problem-solve bottlenecks and compliance issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program operations
  • Experience with construction professionals or home services businesses
  • Experience training others in group and one-on-one settings
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Background in HVAC, weatherization, electrical or plumbing
  • Experience working toward quotas and targets
