You'll shape intuitive digital experiences for field service professionals using mission-critical software, designing across mobile and web to simplify complex workflows for contractors in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to evolve a scalable design system and drive user-centered outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design intuitive and accessible experiences for web and mobile apps
• Collaborate with product and engineering on vision and design solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-informed iterations
• Contribute to and evolve a consistent, scalable design system

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, and UX research tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems

• Experience in B2B or enterprise product design
• Experience with design token management or design system libraries
