💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes, developing care plans and restoring function. You'll work with an interdisciplinary team and supervise PTAs. This role offers autonomous scheduling and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform in-home evaluations and develop care plans
• Help patients with mobility and regain independence
• Supervise 2 Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
• Communicate with physicians and report patient progress

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License
• 1+ year experience supervising PTAs in home health
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
